To secure your event date, a 50% deposit of the total rental price is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non‑refundable and will be applied toward your total event balance.
A cleaning fee starting at $150 will be added to all reservations. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage is required after the event.
A $500 security deposit is required before the event. This deposit is fully refundable after the event, provided no damages occur, and the venue rules are followed.
