Service Description

Hourly Rates (minimum 4h rental) up to 150 people: $350/hour Full-Day Rental (12 PM - 2 AM) up to 150 people: $1750.00 *Cleaning Fee $250.00

Cancellation Policy

Date-Hold deposit (50% of rental price) is non-refundable. We understand things happen! Please let us know if you need to cancel as soon as possible by email. Our email address is anasballrooml@gmail.com. If notice is received 30 days before your event, we will allow one complimentary rebooking. The rebooking must occur one year from your original event date. New fees and rates may be applicable to the new date. If notice is not received 30 days before the event, the client becomes ineligible for a complimentary rebooking. The Renter agrees that all payments (including the security deposit) are non-refundable under any circumstances if canceling. The Owner agrees that if the cancellation is due to circumstances incurred by the Owner or venue, all fees paid by the renter will be refunded. The Renter agrees that all confirmed dates are final and rescheduling of date is to be determined at the Owner’s discretion and an additional fee may occur.
